At HOG, we want your home to be your sanctuary; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We pride ourselves on a seamless return process to ensure your interior design journey remains stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HOG account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
